Feeling bloated, tired after meals, or craving sweets? ๐
In TCM, late summer is the season of the Spleen: your bodyโs โkitchenโ that turns food into energy (Qi). When Qi is low, digestion struggles.
๐ Eat warm, cooked meals
๐ฅ Skip iced drinks & too many raw salads - these take longer and require more energy to digest
๐ฒ Think soups, stews, roasted veggies
Keep your Spleen happy, and youโll glide into fall feeling grounded + energized.
