Is the room spinning? Do you get dizzy upon laying down or rolling over in bed? Have you lost your balance? Does it feel like there is water in your ear? Or are you feeling nauseous?

These are symptoms of a condition called BPPV. BPPV involves crystals in the inner ear and is a common cause of vertigo.

If you think you may have BPPV give Dynamic Therapy and Wellness a call! We can screen you for BPPV and if positive, treat you on the same day! Our very own physical therapist, Michael Leonhardt, has a certification in vestibular rehab. Which means he's really good at diagnosis and treating vertigo!

We have a new 4x100M record today!! These guys have been after this record all year. They are number 1 now in our record books with a 44.45!! They have passed the 2018 leader of Mathias Algarin, Carter Mouzolf, Ben Herold, Alex Gross 44.52. Congrats to Aiden Jones, Brayden Foust, Kyle Stangl and Paul Nieman!!
