⭐️5 YEARS⭐️

Five years ago today Dynamic Therapy and Wellness made our first “dollar”. We were officially open for business after the torturous process of buying and renovating the “old Essentia building” during COVID.

Dynamic has been founded and operating off of the hard work and sweat of local people. People from rural Minnesota with a dream and desire to chase the American dream.

We cannot thank this community enough for shopping local and helping to create this success. A successful business comes from a determined owner and staff, but also from a community who chooses to support that business and help it grow.

Thank you Pierz. Thank you surrounding communities. Thank you to my husband, Ryan, and my parents. Thank you to family and friends. Thank you to Mandy, and all of my hardworking staff.

I hope you enjoy looking through these old photos of the renovation. We will be having a client appreciation event on June 9th from 4:00-6:00 pm at the clinic. I hope to see many of our past patients there who have helped make this dream a reality!

Last night a senior athlete from St Cloud Cathedral ALMOST didn’t get to participate in the softball game. 🥎 She had forgotten her ACL brace at home (tore her ACL during the basketball season).

She approached our trainer, Kelsey, at the game and asked if there’s any way she could tape the knee so that she could play…..Absolutely!

Using advanced taping techniques learned from experience covering sports and working with athletes, Kelsey got the knee taped and stabilized. The athlete was then able to enter the softball game and play! 🙌🏼

Disclaimer: Tape is not as supportive or restrictive as a brace. But when in a pinch, it can suffice.

Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced! Approach us with any question or issue and we’ll likely have a solution or advice to share 🤓

"For over a year, I ignored the signs that something was going on with my left shoulder. When things like dressing and bathing became too difficult to do and extremely painful, I began to use my right arm to assist my left.

In September, I decided enough was enough and went and saw my Orthopedic doctor. After his exam, he said an MRI is needed to determine what was going on and if surgery was needed. I was in no hurry for surgery. We discussed my options and decided on physical therapy.

A week later, I was being evaluated by Dr. Kelsey Meyer, of Dynamic Therapy, in Pierz. She set up a treatment program designed for me, utilizing specific exercises and dry needling. The results were amazing!

The first time I was able to take my shirt off without thinking about it I was shocked! It was one of those day-to-day things I hadn't been able to do and now was able to perform again. Thanks to Dr. Meyer and her team, my life is much more bearable now. The talk of surgery is now a lot further down the road."
