I’ve been going through a lot of changes over the past year and now I feel is the time to start looking to the future! I want to start looking forward to where my new path is going to lead me and I want that to include the revival and rebranding of Mountain Girl Wellness. It’s going to be a slow road but, I’m motivated and starting by finding a new look with an official logo and want your help… Should I keep looking or is one of these the one?? Let me know in the comments!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there! My first Mother’s Day with these sweet angels shopping and lunch. In the past, I never pictured myself as a mom. Now I can’t imagine being anything but your mom. I am so blessed to get the privilege of raising these two sweet girls.

Some of you may know I am a circle leader with the Wild Woman project! I ran across this book and wanted to recommend it to anyone who has attended one of my circles or just any lady out there there that feels like they have not been seen, respected, or treated what they are worth 🩷

I’ve been keeping a little secret from my yoga page…. Tomorrow me and my husband will be welcoming twin girls into the world. We feel so blessed and welcome all good vibes while walking into this new chapter. I may be a little MIA until we find our footing in this new adventure, but I’ll be back on here soon with some extra little yogis!

Summertime is full of magic.

In my spiritual wandering, I have found the long nights of Summer, in particular, to be extra supportive for rituals (See: Wild Woman Fest).

For this Wild Woman Weeklyish, I cooked up a soft, sweet & simple Solo Ritual Recipe to help you tap into that special magic.

All you need is 30 Minutes -1 Moonlit hour, and a few things you likely have at home.

This is a great pose beginners can practice to begin to strengthen! Warrior 1 is a yoga pose that stretches the hips and calves, strengthens the core, back, ankles, and feet, and improves balance. The pose involves balancing simultaneous movements in different directions, which can help build focus, power, and stability. Legs should be in a slight lunge. Point your front foot towards the top of your mat and your back foot should be slightly turned out, but be sure your hips stay squared. Straighten the spine from the ground of your head through the pelvis and bring your shoulders back and down away from your ears! Hold the pose for 5 deep breaths.

Chair Pose has always been one of those poses that is on my least favorite pose list. We all know that it can burn! 😂 However, Chair Pose has wonderful benefits for the body! Its most obvious benefit is strengthening, but not just in the legs! It also helps to strengthen the muscles around the spinal column, shoulders, and core abdominals. It also helps to stretch ankles, calves, and the back of your neck. It’s also a pose that can assist in balance if you are flowing in and out of the pose. Finally, the more you practice and hold chair pose, you can support your cardio health and stamina! To enter chair pose, place your feet about hips width apart (or wider if needed). Engage your lower core and begin to bend at the knees sitting the pelvis back as if in a chair. Finally, raise your hands forward creating a straight line from your finger tips and crown of the head to the base of your spine engaging the back muscles for balance. If you need to modify, feel free to instead place the hands at heart center instead (as pictured).

WEEKLY CARD PULL:
This is a weekly draw I like to do for my community to find any messages or points to ponder throughout our week!
There are two ways you can participate. The first way is you can sit with these cards for a moment and choose the one that speaks the most to you and then allow that card to guide you through your week. Use your intuition! If that doesn’t feel right for you, maybe instead you’ll wish to take in all three cards and see how they work together throughout your week. I will make a separate post later today with the cards face up so you can see which card you chose (or maybe which card chose you 😉) - which card speaks to you? Let us know in the comments. Be sure to like this post and follow my page for your weekly draw and the big reveal!

WEEKLY CARD PULL:
(See previous post for directions)
I apologize so much for the huge delay with this post. Right after I posted part 1 I got extremely ill. Turns out I am expecting twins, so my life has been crazy lately. However, I still wanted to get these posted because I feel bad I never did!!

1. Transcendent amidst the everyday:
Quiet and subtle as it may be, your innate magical abilities are powerful gifts worthy of acknowledgment. Know you deserve a life filled with wisdom you can call on and appreciate. What is remembered lives. Remember who you truly are.

2. She is one thousand flowers:
You are more than one thing, you are many small wonders. A time of sun is coming to your life. Face the sun. The universe will over you the very best at this time. Don’t deny yourself the wonders of your manifestations. You deserve it. Soon life will take on a deeper meaning.

3. The comforts of friendship:
Pay attention to your support system. Together you will remember who you’ve been, and reimagine who you will become. Your stories, support, and love for each other have evolved over the years and will endure. Be open to each other’s experiences This card represents companions of the soul and being known and understood.

This week’s crystals: All 3 are Aquamarine 🩵

Today’s deck is an Oracle deck called The Solitary Witch Oracle

Beltane Blessings! May Day is here and while I love the aesthetic of fall, I love summer too and today marks our transition towards it! Beltane celebrates the boisterous energy at the height of Spring. Beltane is a Cross-Quarter holiday on the Celtic Wheel of the Year. “Beltane is a celebration of brightness in the dark of night, crafting big and burning bonfires the Fae folk, dance, fertility, and love. During Beltane we craft ritual fires, we work with Hawthorn, and we dance in the woods around the May Pole. Throughout Europe, on Beltane, a May Queen would be crowned with garlands to represent Flora, a fertility goddess of both springtime and flowers. Beltane is also considered the wedding of the Great God and Goddess, and because of this, it is a popular time for weddings or the tradition of handfastings.” - Tamed Wild
