We are currently seeking a full-time enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team at Seasons Change Home Health Care and Hospice. We service the Huron, Tuscola, Sanilac Counties and Tri-City areas. This person will promote the organization's mission and goals within the community by networking and establishing strong and trustworthy relationships. The ideal candidate has a passion for senior care, client services, being in the communities we service, ability to thrive with minimal direct supervision. A Company Car & Company Cell Phone are provided.

Qualifications:
-Experience in Sales and/or Operations in homecare, healthcare, or related senior services businesses (Preferred)
-High school graduate or equivalent
-Ability to establish rapport and trust with co-workers, caregivers, and clients
-Accountability for meeting sales goals

Responsibilities:
-Job will focus on sales opportunities, marketing, and community involvement
-This position requires telephone and face-to-face sales calls with referral sources and direct interaction with clients.
-Traveling daily during sales & marketing process.
-Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, physician's offices, fiduciaries, etc.
-Manage digital marketing efforts and coordinate community marketing events.
-Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team.
-Ensure client satisfaction.

*Compensation includes a base salary and performance bonus/commission component
