Today marks the 8th Anniversary of Cristal Clear Fitness — CCF!

As a child who was morbidly obese and diagnosed with the obesity gene, I never could have imagined that nearly 30 years later, I’d be standing here not only healthy, but helping others transform their lives through health and wellness.

It has been such a blessing to live my dream career full-time for this long. Over the past 26 years (going on 27 since I first started), I’ve had the honor of training, teaching, and coaching thousands of individuals — and I’m still so deeply in love with what I do.

But this year holds something even more special...

I’ve officially stepped back into the world of acting — a dream I once put on pause, but never gave up on. And now, I’m living both of my dreams. That is something not many people get to say, and I do not take it for granted.

I feel incredibly blessed to wake up each day and pour my heart into both of my life’s passions: fitness and performing.

To my incredible business partners at 302 Jiu Jitsu — thank you for welcoming me and my ever-growing yoga community into your inclusive and vibrant space. Because of your support, our tribe has blossomed. If you haven’t checked them out yet, I highly recommend them. Their programs for both kids and adults are top-notch at both locations.

To everyone who has supported me through referrals, likes, comments, shares, and tags — thank you. Every bit of it has helped keep this dream alive.

And to every client and student I’ve had the privilege of working with — thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. That trust is never taken lightly.
