• Place a warm hand on your heart, feel your feet solid on the floor, and take 3 slow, deep breaths. Let your exhale be longer than your inhale.
• Notice your surroundings: gently name 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, 1 you taste.
