✨Time for a little reintroduction✨

Hello beautiful souls😍👋

My name is Chelcie Meyett. I am the owner of Meyett’s Massage and Bodywork. My journey into massage therapy is a powerful story of perseverance, purpose, and passion. It began in 2014 when I enrolled at the Baltimore School of Massage, completing there 7 month program in 2015. Determined to become a licensed massage therapist, I sat for the MBLEX multiple times, facing setbacks but never giving up. In 2020, I then reignited my path by returning to school at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), where I completed a two-year massage therapy program and earned my degree. On March 31, 2022, after passing the MBLEX on my fourth attempt, I finally officially became a Licensed Massage Therapist, one of the most meaningful and rewarding moments of my life.
Fueled by my determination and a deep love for healing work, I opened Meyett’s Massage and Bodywork in 2023. My business quickly grew in reputation and impact, earning the Best Small Business Award in 2024.

The inspiration song lyric, “Life’s a climb, but the view is great.” My story of becoming a licensed massage therapist is a reflection of that message! Proof that with resilience and hard work, dreams can become reality. Now, I use my experience and heart for healing to help others find relief, renewal, and balance through massage therapy.

Outside of work, I am a proud aunt to my handsome nephew that I absolutely adore. I enjoy going to the gym, spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new places, and traveling the world whenever I can. My zest for life, dedication to wellness, and commitment to growth are what make me not just a massage therapist, but a true healer and motivator💗
