After taking time to heal from surgery, I’m so excited to return to the treatment room starting July 14th!
If you haven’t been in since I moved right before surgery, I’d love for you to come in for a massage and check out the beautiful new office! Located in the brand new wellness location at Far & Dotter in Pikesville.
☀️ Summer Hours (7/14–8/24):
Mon–Wed: 10am–4pm
Fri: 9am–3pm

I’m currently on medical leave as I continue to recover from surgery, and I’ll be out of the office through July 13th. I appreciate your patience, support, and understanding during this time.

Chinese Body Clock, a traditional Chinese medicine concept that associates different organs and bodily functions with specific times of the day. It suggests an optimal schedule for daily activities based on the flow of Qi (vital energy) through the body's meridians. The clock is divided into two-hour intervals, each corresponding to a different organ system and its peak activity time.
Here's a breakdown:
3 AM - 5 AM (Lung): Deep sleep, detox of blood, rest, and recovery are emphasized during this time.
5 AM - 7 AM (Large Intestine): It's recommended to wake up, release bowels, and meditate.
7 AM - 9 AM (Stomach): Breakfast, good concentration, and walking are encouraged.
9 AM - 11 AM (Spleen): Clear thinking and the spleen's conversion of food to Qi are highlighted.
11 AM - 1 PM (Heart): Blood circulation is at its peak, suggesting a good time for lunch and high-energy activities.
1 PM - 3 PM (Small Intestine): Food is sorted and absorbed, with low energy levels and a suggestion for a nap.

11 PM - 1 AM (Gall Bladder): Cellular repair takes place, and blood cells are built.
1 AM - 3 AM (Liver): Sleep is crucial for the liver's functions of storing and cleansing blood.
