Welcoming our tiniest boss to the Cripple Creek family, Karsyn Reece Jones! We are now home from the hospital, therefore we will be CLOSED for the remainder of the week and the weekend as we are resting and adjusting to our life as a family of 3. Please be respectful of our wishes and understand we need this time together. We will not be accepting ANY calls/text until we open back up next week. We hope everyone has a fun and safe Memorial Day weekend and we will be happy to return everyone’s calls and texts beginning next week!

Cripple Creek Hours:

Just wanted to go ahead and make a post about setting some boundaries concerning our hours of operation.
As most of you know our little girl is due this month and we will be CLOSING shop for the first week of her life at home so we both can enjoy every minute of becoming new parents. She is due around the 23rd but of course she is in control of this date and we will let our customers know as soon as she arrives.

We ask please that no one pop in for drop offs or pick ups without a scheduled time and also that you understand phone calls and texts will be limited that week. If your machine is already here it will not be neglected that week, just know that you will be notified when it is ready.
Please feel free to leave us a message and you will be taken care of by Corey or one of our staff ASAP.
With this being said we are going to establish a set schedule of “open” hours.

◦ No drop offs, pick ups or calls after 8:30 pm Monday-Friday ONLY (unless you have a later or weekend appointment set to do so)
◦ We will of course have drop off or pick ups scheduled on weekends, but we ask that be with scheduled time ONLY.
◦ Saturday’s and Sunday’s we will occasionally be working on your machines but ask that you don’t “stop by” to check on its status. We deserve to enjoy our weekends too and we also work hard to get everyone’s machine out and ready by the weekend! Text messages for those purposes will work just as well.
◦ Use our FB messenger or text or call 606-794-8874 Monday-Friday until 8:30 pm

We strive to meet all of your Side by Side maintenance or repair needs but we need boundaries and time for family as well and hope you understand. Please be respectful of our wishes!

Thank you ALL for a great first year in business and ask that you work with us in making 2022 and the years ahead just as successful. Without our customers there wouldn’t be a CRIPPLE CREEK OFFROAD!
