👓✨ We love when familiar faces stop by our office!

Dr. Howard recently had the pleasure of seeing his longtime friend and coach, Bill Allara, for an eye exam. Coach Allara and Dr. Howard’s dad Coach Howard coached football together for many years, and Bill was also a beloved teacher in our community.

It’s always special to reconnect with people who have been such an important part of our lives. 💙

The Pikeville Police Department and Pikeville Fire Department are proud to join Howard Family Eyecare and Compassion Pediatrics of Pikeville for this year’s Back to School Bash.

Join us on Friday, August 1st from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 140 Adams Lane for a day focused on getting our community’s kids ready for a successful school year. The event will feature:

- Pediatric eye exams

- Inflatables, games, and kid-friendly activities

- Food trucks, ice cream, and more

We look forward to spending time with families, offering safety tips, and helping make the transition back to school a positive experience for everyone. We hope to see you there.

🎉👀 Back to School Bash at Howard Family Eyecare! 👀🎉

We’re kicking off the school year with a fun-filled day for the whole family! Join us August 1st from 9 AM – 2 PM for our Back to School Bash, right here at Howard Family Eyecare! Give us a call at 606-432-5543 to schedule your exam today! We will also be taking walk-ins for kids only that day!

Are you warm, welcoming, and great with people? Our busy and growing optometry office is looking for a friendly, organized receptionist to join our team!

About the Role:
As the first face our patients see, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience. Responsibilities include:
• Greeting patients and checking them in
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Managing patient records and insurance information
• Assisting with general office tasks to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
• A people person with great communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with basic computer systems
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
• Someone who enjoys working in a team and helping others
