Duties include general secretarial position ( phones, scheduling, computer work , insurance billing, scanning / faxing, checking in patients , verifying benefits, collections). Pay will be based on experience - benefits include production bonus after 6 months and 401K with generous match, including safe harbor and profit sharing after 1 year. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year. 6 personal days per year - no nights or weekends. As of tomorrow June 28,2021 we at East KenTucky Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery will be opening our lobby back to patients after 15 1/2 months of having to keep it closed. We are following the latest guidelines for dental / medical offices and will have to still adhere to the following guidelines -
Social Distancing in the lobby , thus decreased chairs and all are pods of 2

Patient can only bring ONE parent / guardian/ es**rt with them into the lobby and exam areas.

Basic Covid screening questions - no temp checks unless symptomatic

Masks MUST still be WORN at all times by patient and / or guardian while inside the building as we are a healthcare facility. If patients family do not wish to wear a mask , they may still wait in their vehicle or outside as previously done.

Everyone please be patient with us and try to work with us as we strive to take the safest approach to patient care.
