Sometimes the harshest voice we hear… is our own.
Negative self-talk can sound like:
💭 “I’m not good enough.”
💭 “I have to be perfect.”
💭 “People are judging me.”
Over time, these thoughts can feel like facts—but they’re not. They’re patterns, not truths.
✨ Notice the thought
✨ Create space from it
✨ Remind yourself: this is just a thought, not who I am
When you stop fighting the thought and instead step back from it, it starts to lose its power.
