**About the Role**
Are you energetic, compassionate, and passionate about helping children achieve healthy smiles? We are looking for a skilled and reliable **Pediatric Dental Assistant** to join our busy team! This is a fast-paced environment that requires a positive attitude and a love for working with kids.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide chairside assistance for pediatric dental procedures.
* Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and tray setups.
* Ensure patients (and their parents) feel comfortable and welcomed.
* Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean clinical environment.
* **Physical Requirements:** This position is active and requires a significant amount of standing, walking, and physical activity throughout the day.

**Requirements**

* **Experience:** Must have at least **1 year of chairside dental experience** OR be a graduate of an accredited **Dental Assisting Program (or certifications in dentistry including but not limited: X-ray certification and coronal polishing)**.
* **Personality:** Must be genuinely "kid-friendly," patient, and enthusiastic.
* **Teamwork:** Must be a strong team player who communicates well with staff and doctors.
