However, Bartley Weight Loss, we help our patients not through surgery, but through the basic fundamentals of bariatric medicine: modified diet, exercise, and behavioral therapy. By guiding you through your weight loss using the sound fundamentals of bariatric medicine, we can help you lose weight rapidly and keep it off – all without surgery. In bariatric medicine, patients are empowered through education, understanding that prevention is the best cure. This type of treatment model allows patients to be proactively involved with their weight loss provider in the decision making process.
