we are a not for profit that utilizes our website to connect the ablebodied w/ the disabled sportsperson by having the donators place contact info along w/ what they are offering on our website so the disabled participants can get afield again at no cost! “ I can’t in California wild turkey season(s) coming soon”;
California spring launch of the season opens for use when weekend March 21 and 22nd one week prior to the general opener. Big turkeys one today to meet the season. General opener March 28 running through May 3 three bearded turkeys per Season, one a day.
May 4 to the 17th archery season runs concurrent with Second youth season.
Remember turkey Ethics: never shoot a bird out of a tree do not hunt closer than 100 yards for Ruth Street be sure of your target making sure you only hit one bird. I feel you need to fill the time or the turkey in doing so you have affectively directed their behavior toward you giving your opportunity to make it for sure kill the bird is a suffer or run away. Practice shooting the efficient with your weapon. Scout your birds know their habits and times. Shed at someplace where you can present your decoys for your calls or both well they’re in their natural route. Get in get out be as unobtrusive as possible respect environment respect your payrespect to your fellow man be safe show a youth The attributes & ethics of hunting working towards a better society. Respect no trespassing signs as well as no trace hunting....

This year the kids and I were asked to do some light game bird deprivation to clear out the Hord’s of Canadian Geese plaging our friends ranch only 15-20!mins from our place.
Northern California golf courses, football fields ponds lakes, pastures, Farmlands & Rancherias to name a few of the areas impacted by the large aggressive waterfowl from the northern provinces of Canada originally. In the last 20 years they went from migratory to indigenous fauna throughout the United States. We control the flocks on the north pastures about five years running but the kids were too small to do anything but watch. Subsequently we had about a new place in the first two days Micheal and I came out it was incredible hunting Michael killed two and really got excited and still excited today which is really exciting to see if that makes sense? The fact we are utilizing our hunting license and legal season tactics alone makes it special A true gift from God. The kids and I are really bonding almost no Squabbling they’re just too interested in the hunt and even though we’re not taking big numbers the kids are excited and have learned a myriad of goose knowledge and family history. I’m so proud so lucky to watch as they progress daily. Again it makes me proud as well as fulfilled to make full circle from my father who taught me not to mention the back where we get to the wonderful people involved God bless them all.

Consummate upland game birds and waterfowl Hunter Frank Bruno passed Today December 7, 2020 after two decades of fighting Parkinson’s. May he rest in peace may God have mercy on your soul.
First and foremost being a special education teacher throughout the yolo county school district & Sacramento schools then directing special education programs in Sacramento county frank went into retirement But was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease Wishy fight to the bitter end
