Our family is growing! Let's welcome Jackie...

Jackie is a licensed massage therapist passionate about helping her clients discover the profound benefits of therapeutic massage as an essential part of whole-body health. Though new to the profession of massage therapy, she brings a rich background as a yoga instructor, weaving intentional breathwork into her sessions to create a deeply mindful and restorative experience for every client.

She believes massage is one of the most underappreciated tools available for maintaining a healthy body, and she is dedicated to bringing greater awareness to its many benefits — from stress relief and muscle recovery to improved circulation and overall well-being.

When she's not in the treatment room, you'll find her out on a hiking trail, setting up camp under the stars, or curled up with a good book. Above all, she treasures every moment spent with her family, who inspire and ground her in everything she does.

Jackie looks forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey and invites you to experience the difference that intentional, whole-body care can make in your life.

Meet our new massage therapist, Sierra!

She is a dedicated massage therapist and reiki practitioner. She provides personalized treatments to help clients achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. She tailors each session to meet the needs of her clients. Whether it’s alleviating chronic pain or reducing stress, her goal is to create a healing and rejuvenating experience for everyone. Sierra is an avid traveler and has recently moved here from West Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her daughter and 4 dogs.
