If you follow the light pattern in the photo on the left you can see it curves and loses light at one spot = DIS-order!

Second most common, “they don’t like to pick up one lead or hold it” 🙆🏼‍♀️

Which is ALWAYS followed up by the question.. “Why or HOW did they get this way?”

When I check horses leading with this complaint by their owners/riders it almost always pairs with one side of the poll (atlas or occiput, sometimes both) moving improperly! Often, I’ll find moderate to severe restrictions which can tremendously contribute to movement impairment under-saddle & during normal work! 🤯

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wished I’ve taken a before photo or video!! As professionals it is important to document our work, especially when the changes are so visible!!

Documenting changes, really helps the owners as consumers, but it also helps us as professionals to give our clients a tangible idea of what was accomplished in one visit. Not to mention, how many things you can learn by just looking at a few photos of your work. 🤯
.with this particular case, you can see the huge changes to the symmetry of the sternum, muscle activation, and the vastly improved posture. If I didn’t take the before photo, I don’t think the owner would’ve noticed the vast improvements that were made with just one session!

Soooo, don’t forget to document!! First time clients & returning!! Plus, It doesn’t take much extra time and we all know how precious time is! 🙌🏼
