Please support the Gila Valley Women’s Cancer Support Group. They are meeting tomorrow night at 6pm at the Graham County Chamber of Commerce. And I am a guest speaker.

Not many people know that a lot of the lifestyle choices I make are to avoid what three of my dear family experienced. Breast cancer. It's why I eat low sugar and low carb. It's why I exercise. It's why I attended the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy Inc., It's why I passed my national board exams to be a certified health and wellness coach. It's partially why I became a Clinicial EFT Practitioner.

Because I could not stand the thought of others suffering. And if there was ANYTHING I could do to walk that back, I would do it. So, I educated myself, and that's what I am an expert at doing. Easing the suffering of others, and preventing my own. I hope I'll see you there.
