We are officially recruiting students for our Ambassadors Program!! Please share with or tag any 9th-12th graders that you think would benefit from this amazing program!! We are excited to launch this year! Learning about Mental Health and Mindfulness practices to be a support in School, Church, Community and at home for Family.

the Surrender is an all levels Yin class, rooted in grounding, passive postures for longer holds with hands on adjustments by me🫶🏾 the Fusion is a mix of vinyasa style flow with holding postures, alignment and core work🧘🏾‍♀️ can’t wait to see you on your mat🫶🏾🫶🏾
