⭐️ American Massage Therapy Association National Convention in Dallas, Texas! ⭐️
Last week I had the oppurtunity to expand my knowledge, reconnect with old friends as well as make new ones, explore the latest and greatest products & tools, and reflect on my passion for the career that God has called me to.
📚I completed 17 continuing education hours featuring new modalities and deeper insights on treatment of special populations and updated massage research.
🫂I met up with friends that I made at the last conference I attended in 2022 in Cleveland and met new sweet like minded professionals.
🎩 The AMTA Illinois chapter was very welcoming and invited me to attend their outing.
I’m thankful that at least one member of our group has heard of Pinckneyville 😅
🛍️ The Exposition Hall was full of new brands of oils, tables, and tools. There was so much free swag, I barely got it in my carry on!
I had the opportunity to purchase a few new items, as well as get some samples to try!
🤩 I can not wait to show you guys!🤩

🪞My very favorite part of convention is reflecting on my purpose as a massage therapist. I’m so thankful and excited as ever to be on this career path God has laid out for me. I am so grateful for my second chance at my first dream as well as each and every one of my sweet clients/friends that God has blessed me with.
✝️I had the opportunity to visit Rodgers Baptist Church on Sunday morning. I felt so welcome and blessed to be able to worship with like minded brothers and sisters in Christ!

💜One more thing.. Thanks to my mom for getting the boys ready for school and on the bus!

As Mother’s Day draws nearer I have been feeling led to honor women who find this time of year painful.
This is for the women who have suffered miscarriage(s), the tragedy of stillbirth, or the loss of a child- no matter the age.
For the women who are battling infertility and who long to be mothers.
If that describes you and you wish to have your name among those selected to be gifted a massage, send me a personal message with any emoji. I will contact those drawn on May 1.

We are looking to have an All Inclusive "Ladies Day Out" event at our Event Center on Saturday, May 4th. This would be a big collaboration with lots of other small businesses!! Your ticket will include a 15 minute massage, a mimosa & craft soda, a mini facial, a mini bouquet, access to a large charcuterie board, dessert bar, and a goodie bag. There will also be raffles for prizes. All of this would be included for $115/per ticket. There will be a permanent jewelry station on site as well for an additional fee as well as a boutique if you would like to shop (Who doesn't like to shop? 😜)

This would be an amazing Mother's Day gift, an awesome activity for a mother/daughter, group of friends or just a way to treat yourself and relax while supporting 9 local small businesses 🥳🥳🥳

We ideally need a minimum of 15 people to put this event on! Would there be interest in this?? Let us know!! 😊😊
