The founder of our organization continues to share the message that it’s okay to get help for mental health issues and that su***de is preventable.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. I had the pleasure of talking to the 10th & 11th graders at PBHS. They were attentive and engaged. The goal is to spread awareness, reduce stigma, promote self care and inspire hope. 💚💚💚
