Taylor is celebrating 60 pounds down 🤍
And honestly… this one hits me right in the heart.

This didn’t happen overnight.
It happened through hard choices, habit stacking, and finally choosing myself — even when it felt uncomfortable and inconvenient.

If I could go back and start this journey again, here’s what I’d do differently 👇

✨ I would’ve done my homework sooner on GLP-1 peptides and started sooner. I spent too long listening to fear and noise instead of learning for myself. Once I focused on understanding my options and working with proper guidance, things finally started to click.

✨ I wouldn’t have tried to do it alone.
Support matters more than we like to admit. Community, asking questions, and having people who get it made a huge difference — especially mentally. The mindset piece is just as important as the physical one.

✨ I’d support my body instead of fighting it.
Prioritizing gut health, protein, energy, and overall nourishment changed everything for me. I stopped trying to white-knuckle the process and started treating my body with care and consistency.

But the biggest shift?

Love this update from Taylor!

✨ Tirzepatide Update ✨ Real, Honest, and Already WORKING✨

I’m only 3 full days into this new journey and y’all… I didn’t expect to feel this good this fast.

For the longest time I’ve been waking up groggy. Hitting snooze. Telling myself “just 10 more minutes.” Starting every morning feeling heavy and foggy.
But the last two days? None of that. No snoozing, no brain fog… just awake, clear, and actually ready for the day. It feels so weird to say that, but it’s true.

And the wildest part?
