Welcome Ashley Berg LMT, licensed massage therapist since September 2024, to the Thrive Team. Ashley will be in office on Mondays starting July 21st.

She specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, and prenatal massages—and also customizes every session with techniques like reflexology, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to meet your specific needs.

She prides herself in staying up to date on the latest trends and techniques to make sure every client gets the best care possible.
