ATTENTION SENIORS!!!

MEDICARE OPEN ENROLLMENT BEGINS OCTOBER 15, 2025

We are happy to announce our case managers will be available at each of our senior centers on designated days to provide one-on-one assistance for anyone who needs help.

Whether you have questions, need support with forms, or just want a little guidance, we are here to help. We will post the schedule with dates and locations soon. Please keep an eye on our page and share this information with anyone who may benefit.
