Our trained caregivers support older adults with everyday tasks, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Services include:
• Respite care
• Mobility assistance
• Meal preparation & medication reminders
• Bathing, dressing & grooming
• Transportation & errands
• Companionship

Area Agencies on Aging across the United States provide vital nutrition services for older adults, including home-delivered meals and congregate meals at senior centers. These programs help ensure seniors receive healthy meals while also staying connected to their communities.

Welcome to Area Agency on Aging of Southeast Arkansas. We are a private nonprofit organzation founded in 1979 and based in Pine Bluff, serving Arkansas, Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Cleveland, Desha, Drew, Grant, Jefferson and Lincoln counties.

Contact us - it’s the best first step you can take to learning about services that are available for senior citizens and the family members who care for them.

AAASEA helps older people stay safe and comfortable in their homes by providing personal care and housekeeping, companionship and nutritious meals. AAASEA also serves family caregivers of all ages with a variety of support programs and respite services to help them successfully juggle family, job, and caregiving responsibilties.

AAASEA services include Home Care, Medicare and Medcaid Skilled Care, Non Emergency Transportation, Meals on Wheels, Information and Assistance, Fitness and Wellness Programs, Family Caregiver Services, Medicare Part D Counseling, In-Home Respite, Ombudsman, Legal Assistance, Senior Centers, and HUD Housing.
