I feel so honored. In the last 2-3 days I've had two clients tell me what a difference my yoga class is infused with my energy as well as my guided meditation. This was really big compliment especially since one of them is a yoga teacher. And she said there's a huge difference between a regular yoga class and mine :)

She's not difficult. She's just tired of disappointments.

~I clear the energy of disappointments
~ Clear the energy of putting my energy towards someone who does not reciprocate
~ Clear the energy of planning for something that just isn't
~ Clear the energy of pining for love that eludes me
~ Clear all that is blocking me from what is meant for me coming in
~ Clear being under someone's control and them telling me that they know what is right
~ Clear being focused on someone who is only focused on themselves and on their own agenda
~ Clear any living and loving out old cycles, old patterns from past lives, from the past in this lifetime, from all the different people who I used to be., who I am, and who I was already creating myself to be

And so it is. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏

A fake engagement ring mysteriously arrived in my mailbox. I did not order it and it's not my style anyway. Perhaps spirit wants me to believe in miracles again. Sending prayerful thoughts to bring in miracles. Any thoughts people?

This morning I woke up with energy still shifting. A memory or two, not even the worst of them, came up in regards to a past person. It was more from a neutral position. Noticing each situation for what it was and noticing it was plain unhealthy without an extreme reaction to it.
I didn't relay this info over to anyone.

I woke my son up. He said he wasn't feeling well because energy is shifting and he barely slept. I asked is anything in particular was coming up like dreams or just energy shifting? He answered he had dreams about some of the bad stuff that happened that same past person.

Then I asked my daughter how she was feeling. Delilah said she felt energy shifting. I asked if there was anything in particular coming up. She said she felt a lot of confusion.

Delilah was young when I was with this past person. She doesn't have active memories of what happened. But the energy she felt as a little one, interesting how it registered as confusion and the confusion her body does remember.

Interesting how something can be shifting and how it is affecting the 3 of us separately but nonetheless there is the undeniable truth that it is occurring.

I went to the loo and as I washed my hands I wondered how the shift might be affecting my older 2 daughters even though they don't interact with us and don't live with us at the moment. I chuckled as I washed my hands. With full knowing it had to be affecting them. You can separate myself and my children through time and space and we will still shift together however that may look for each of us because we are connected through an unbreakable bond. We are part of each other's soul tribe. We agreed before we came here to clear certain things and help each other.

Don't think I'm naive. I have had to limit the energetic access my older 2 daughters have to myself and the younger 2 until they use their energy in a more healthy manner. When we go through a deep shift I feel for them at times knowing they are going through it alone and it's probably not sitting very well for them without my support and loving space I provide as well as the support from their younger siblings. We used to support each other. However it is their path they chose, to go it alone.

And I am human. Sometimes I am happy they might be suffering a bit in their karma. I hope it brings them back to life. Interesting I was going to write "hoping it brings them back to laugh". Let that be a prayer to bring in more laughter for those of us shifting, whether we awaken in this lifetime or another.
