This is me after teaching my class this morning 🌞 Phew 😅 It felt like such a journey... Didn't think I had anything left in me to do yoga so in agreement with my student I switched to yoga. I felt like that was another whole journey in itself. Almost as if myself and the others went off somewhere on a nice hike that changes you on every level :) Topped it off with some pretty powerful healing 💚💚💚
My students say "we need your type of yoga!" All of my classes are infused with energy healing ;)

Just donated household furniture that I've had from one of the darkest times in my life. It was the beginning of my freedom. The unshackling journey I began was some of the most painful I ever experienced. The furniture will go to those beginning their own recovery journey from substances. Although my recovery was not from substances, it makes no difference. We all are on a recovery from being bound to something other than our true selves. Now I get to start over ..

I feel so honored. In the last 2-3 days I've had two clients tell me what a difference my yoga class is infused with my energy as well as my guided meditation. This was really big compliment especially since one of them is a yoga teacher. And she said there's a huge difference between a regular yoga class and mine :)

She's not difficult. She's just tired of disappointments.

~I clear the energy of disappointments
~ Clear the energy of putting my energy towards someone who does not reciprocate
~ Clear the energy of planning for something that just isn't
~ Clear the energy of pining for love that eludes me
~ Clear all that is blocking me from what is meant for me coming in
~ Clear being under someone's control and them telling me that they know what is right
~ Clear being focused on someone who is only focused on themselves and on their own agenda
~ Clear any living and loving out old cycles, old patterns from past lives, from the past in this lifetime, from all the different people who I used to be., who I am, and who I was already creating myself to be

And so it is. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏
