Sophie's Manor is a small 10-bed Assisted Living Facility just outside of Pine City, MN Our nurses are available on-call 24 hours a day for emergency situation.

Our mission is to provide quality care and services in a home-like setting that nurtures the spirit, protects privacy, enables freedom of choice, encourages independence, preserves dignity, and involves family and friends

We provide our residents with 3 home cooked meals per day along with 2 snacks. We also provide daily laundry and housekeeping, 24 hour supervision, medication management along with Diabetic and Coumadin (warfarin) management while maintaining a cozy country home like setting.
