We provide free community meetings to support individuals and families on their journey to recovery & wellness. Empower Recovery Services is a MI/CD outpatient treatment program that offers solution based programming tailored to meet the unique learning styles of each client. tion and Individual Sessions. Our Teaching Philosophy: Health Realization, Solution Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Availability of spiritual coaching upon request.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a reminder that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Small steps can make a big difference, including getting enough rest, staying connected with supportive people, asking for help when needed, taking breaks, eating well, and making time for activities that bring peace and joy. It’s okay to not be okay, and reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. Together, we can reduce stigma, encourage connection, and support healthier minds and stronger communities.
