We have Peer Recovery Specialist Support as well as free community meetings. Empower Recovery Services is a MI/CD outpatient treatment program that offers solution based programming tailored to meet the unique learning styles of each client. We offer Chemical Use Assessments, Intensive Outpatient Treatment for Chemical Dependency and Mental Health, Relapse Prevention and Individual Sessions. Our T
