✨Prenatal & postpartum aspect of class:
This class will provide gentle movement for preparation of birth and post partum healing with a focus on breathing and pelvic floor health. We will be gently moving our bodies, learning to breathe, lengthen, release, and strengthen in a safe and effective manner.
About the instructor:
Hi! I’m Tori! I have a passion for all things maternal infant and am also an advocate for post partum mental health.
I’m a registered nurse and Yoga Instructor with a Birth Wisdom Yoga Certification. After having my 2 babies, I finally found my passion: Creating a sacred space for the pregnant and laboring mother as a Nurse and Certified Birth Wisdom Yoga Teacher.
Now after my 3rd baby..im ready to lead yet another round and be of service to my momma community.
