"No is a full sentence"

Ok cool, but lets be real - some of us wouldn't dream of saying something as abrupt as 'NO' to our Auntie who keeps asking if we've gained weight...

Are you ready to stop compulsively body checking and start living? ✨

🔎 According to Gene Beresin, MD, “body checking is an obsessive behavior in which individuals focus on certain features of his or her body, often multiple times a day”

😕➡️ Diet culture keeps us trapped in the “never good enough”, shame-guilt cycle. This often leads to daily body checking behavior.

✍🏼 Do you pinch parts of your body? Do you weigh yourself frequently? Do you over focus on how you look? Do you check the mirror constantly? Do you compare yourself to everyone else?

We compare against people we know and strangers alike.

It’s normal and most of us do it!

But when does comparison go from something normal to something that’s blocking you from living the life you want?
