I’m reading The Art of Gathering: How We Meet and Why It Matters, by and wanted to share some of her wisdom. As I prepare for our Wild Woman Circle on June 7th, I’m reminded of how intentional gatherings reshape individuals by fostering deeper connections, sparking self-reflection through diverse perspectives, and normalizing vulnerability. Our focused Wild Woman Circles will incorporate mindfulness practices, enhancing self-awareness. The collective energy and shared purpose of the circle can empower personal growth and inspire lasting change. As I look forward to an event at Esalen this weekend, I'm also reflecting on last weekend. The online workshop last weekend was a wonderful experience, connecting with so many people, even though we couldn't all be together in person. The nourishment that occurs in the presence of community is profound.

Thank you to those of you who attended. I hope it was as wonderful for you as it was for me. And for those of you who were not with us, may you take time to set intentions for the new season, to ground yourself in the midst of change, and make meaning in the transition.

Ritual is the tool I use to make meaning in the transitions.

I'd like to leave you with a few questions to ponder, to drop into a deeper noticing of your own experience and rhythms.
