Sunday’s “Emotional Awareness for a Calm Mind & Body” workshop was a wonderful success. I had the pleasure of sharing acupressure and grounding techniques through tapping, beautifully complemented by the use of your newly crafted aromatherapy oils. (see photo #2 - my demonstration of tapping on the crown chakra)
A heartfelt thank you to Barbara for leading this initiative, and to Natalie and Jessica for your valuable collaboration. The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive — many shared that they left with practical tools and meaningful reminders to manage stress, and to truly focus on healing both mentally and physically.
Thank you all for making this experience so impactful.
