Good evening mountain friends,
I wanted to take a moment and share our yoga studios offering to celebrate the summer solstice!!
We want to invite you this beautiful outdoor sunset sound bath. We will be offering cacao plant medicine, a nice light yoga session, followed by meditation and a restorative sound healing session. There will be many beautiful instruments played by myself and you will be invited to cultivate your beautiful summer energy as the stars start to emerge in the night sky. Come enjoy some of the longest nights of the year that are happening right now! Burn away what no longer serves you and dive deep into your heart and communicating to the universe of what you need.
We will honor the numerology of double 6's, 7's, and 8's in our offerings as well as the approaching signs of cancer and Leo.
We have partnered with the Happy dog horse ranch to help horses and other animals in need. This fundraiser helps to provide food and shelter for these amazing creatures.
If for some reason the weather should turn to rain we will have this same offering in the beautiful indoor dojo at this same location.
Please share the light and love and help to make this a night of magic, celebration, and community. We need each other now more than ever. Let your energy shine free and know that you are honored and recognized for exactly who you are. Let's heal and manifest our dreams. HAPPY SOLSTICE!

Today marks 330 days of my daily practice. And all I can say is I am so grateful and blessed. If you choose yourself and show up for yourself and love yourself there is nothing you cannot achieve. Never give up on yourself. You can do it! I never thought I would place my hands on the ground fully and yet here they are! I support you! Sat Nam!

The weather is changing and the sun is coming out to shine and there's no better time than now to take an afternoon away for self-care on a beautiful ranch with rescued horses and wonderful people.

Celebrate spring and celebrate the earth and all her magnificent creatures by loving yourself. This is an amazing time to celebrate all the amazing adventures we are going to have with our partners and friends. Get your friends together and let's move and share a beautiful moment in time together.

Nikki will take us on a wonderful release of restorative yoga. Burn away the winter ice and manifest the physical dreams that you would like to achieve this year. Get your inner fire and peace balanced!! As we hold each posture we will do a chakral release at the frequency of the Earth /in each one of these chakras. You will then be invited to Go into deep relaxation And experience the healing heart waves of a relaxing and restorative sound bath with Samantha.
We know it's a beautiful drive and we hope that you will join us and take the time you deserve for yourself!

A percentage of the proceeds go to helping out this wonderful ranch and these amazing horses. We can then go visit our AMAZING friends and enjoy tea and a snack together.

I love teaching at Gather Yoga in Evergreen! It is truly such an honor.
This last month in February I got to do a soundbath with 108 candles and we got to honor the true depth of winter. We found stillness and connected with those who have passed to the other side/ including versions of ourselves and let our hearts celebrate them and our past self and grieve their loss as well as missing their physical presence. We also found joy in their remembrance through akaal and Sa Ta Na Ma. Honoring the Birth, Life, Death, Rebirth as well as knowing we are surrounded with infinite love no matter where we are at in creation.

Our Hearts are a little heavy this time of year.
My husband and I are so blessed to have taken a step back from the festival community for a couple of years and experienced the miracle of carrying and welcoming a child into the beautiful world.

We were so excited to rejoin the festival community and experience and spread our love and light at our first Something Different & Gem and Jam and 7th Sonic Bloom this year and witness the magic of Hummingbird Ranch and the Desert. But the universe has thrown a lot of hard balls at these festivals lately and they are fighting the hard battle so that we may continue to experience the healing and the uplifting positivity and pure awakening that these festivals have brought to us.

This time of year we would be making a playlist of the lineup and starting to plan out our festival gear. We would be filling our hearts with excitement and checklists and planning with friends and just scraping off the ice of winter with the impending joy of summer. We really did try and go thaw out mid winter from the Colorado cold over to that nice Sunny Desert. But we will be keeping our hearts open for a sign from the universe and keep the dream and love of yoga alive.

Yoga has not only changed my life but it has made my life filled with more joy and heartfelt happiness than i could ever describe. I have met some of my best friends here, and let out some of the hardest emotions. I learned so much about permaculture and so many amazing workshops. I have healed more in one weekend at this festival than I have in years of doing therapy.
We pray for you Sonic Bloom and hope that this is not the end and that we may once again join together on the unified Field. I am forever grateful to have taught under such a beautiful Yoga Dome and I hope i can join together with some of the most incredible people I have ever met, once again.

I have done yoga every single day for 182 days today. This is amazing!!
Plank challenge day 13 - Accountability buddies are where it's at. If I didn't have you beautiful ladies I'd have stopped this challenge by now. It's like the most torturous, rewarding thing I do every day.
Today is 2:30 - I am trying to get to 25 breaths continuously which is pretty hard. Today I brought up a lot of hard emotion to work through on my mat. Sonic bloom was cancelled this year and I'm not sure they're coming back. But I really do. Something different was cancelled and there was some weirdness there anyways. And now last but not least gem and jam is cancelled this year. All three festivals I would've really loved to go to. I am honoring you universe and I will continue to try to uplift and grow my consciousness but I would love to surrender with my people and dance freely in the night.
