In the old days, in the corporate Four Star massage world of Napa Valley, This weekend was always filled with driving and traffic. I was the one who needed to be on the table! This weekend, I think I am gonna top out with 8 miles total of driving locally around Pine, between my office and a few local out-calls. I am thankful for that!

As a massage therapist and also an amateur mountain bike racer, I highly recommend a safe way to work your lower back. I got this on June 17, 2023. At the time, my lower back was always the first to get sore at work and on a ride. On July 11th, merely 3 weeks later, I rode 50 miles for my 50th birthday. EVERYTHING was sore when I finished, except one area, my LOWER BACK! They say there's a fountain of youth, yes, its called "strengthen your core" and suddenly things change.
