We also offer in-house physician services, RN oversight, pharmacy medication delivery, and end of life options where appropriate. Autumnfield Belhaven is more than just an Adult Care Home: We want our residents to feel safe, secure, and at home! For this reason, the focus of our care is the dignity and individuality of our residents. Our community focuses on providing assistance with daily living activities. At Autumnfield Belhaven, we strive to provide a higher level of service for the elderly: As a fully licensed Assisted Living Community, Autumnfield Belhaven's services include preparing delicious meals (offered with special dietary considerations), housekeeping and laundry services, medication management, assistance with activities of daily living as well as regular check-in's on the residents. We are certified in end-stage dementia care, as well as offer RN oversight and end of life options where appropriate. We aim to allow our residents to age in place when and where possible.
