Alexandria Number: 318-704-6840 To set up an appointment, call our Pineville location at 318-442-7831. We look forward to serving and helping you get back to your daily activities! In addition, our Alexandria office is located 1436 Dorchester Dr, Alexandria, LA 71301. Our Alexandria office is ONLY open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our Pineville office is open Monday thru Friday. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call!
