Our Story

COMS offers is a full service facility offering not only Occupational Medicine Services (including worker’s comp) but also Walk-In evaluation and treatment (including Xray and lab) as well as Primary Care services (chronic care treatment).

We provide a full spectrum of Occupational Medicine Services and work closely with many employers throughout Cenla and LA. Commonly utilized services include urine drug screens (Instant, Non DOT, & DOT) , Psychamedics hair drug screening, Alcohol breathalyzer testing, DOT physicals, Pre-employment physicals, Respirator fit testing, Spirometry, Audiogram testing, On site screening, and Workers comp evaluation and treatment
