My oldest, Grant just went into residential this morning. Words can not express the conflicting emotions I feel. I know this is where he needs to be and I know he needs the help. On the other hand we will miss our dad jokester! He brings chaos and joy to everyone around him! I’m so happy we got the family pictures we were able to. There have been many tears. But I’m looking forward to his one year mark and seeing how much progress he has made. Hopefully it will go by so fast! In the meantime, thank you for all of the support from my incredible clients!!!

Most of you know that I am a mother to 4 awesome kiddos. What some may not know is that my kiddos are all special needs. My last was diagnosed a couple weeks ago with autism and a slew of learning disorders. I’ve found calm in remembering that her path is beautifully her own as well as my boys.

Whatever you’re dealing with, I hope you can find calm and peace this week. And if not, send me a text! I’m happy to get you on my massage table and help your body relax and repair!

Hoping to use my personal experience with postop plastics to highlight the benefits of manual lymphatic drainage! I specialize in lymphatic drainage with over 50 hours of continuing education specific to this modality. Being able to experience the benefits postop has been incredibly eye-opening.
