Hi everyone! I entered a contest about a month ago and to my surprise I’ve ended up in the top 10. Winner takes home 20K and an article in Muscle & Fitness. I’ve over 1,000 people following me on this platform. If even 1/2 of you can just click the link below and cast a single vote that should be enough to move me to the top 5. I’ll ask you only 1 more time after, please help me bring this home and represent for the Berkshires and Bay Area. Thanks in advance 🙏
I’m a 42 yr old self taught calisthenics athlete. I am also a massage therapist and personal trainer. I love health and wellbeing

Personal training session with my dedicated client Abby!
Abby is a cancer warrior and mom of 3. She came to me after a double hip replacement.
In the year we’ve been working together she’s seen vast improvements in her strength and mobility.
Keep up the great work Abby!

Some people are intimidated by the marks cupping leaves but I’ve experienced its many benefits including pain relief, reduced inflammation, and blood flow.
Was experiencing some pain in my upper back and neck today; threw on some cups and felt much better after!
