We’re looking for a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Carroll Pharmacy!

✨ What you’ll do:
• Create customized medications that help patients when standard options don’t.
• Measure, mix, and prepare formulas with precision.
• Work alongside pharmacists in a clean, professional lab environment.
• Learn how art and science come together in pharmacy compounding.

• Strong attention to detail
• Enjoys working with their hands
• Organized and dependable
• Thrives in a team environment
• Interested in learning new skills
• Prior pharmacy or lab experience is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person!
