Had the most beautiful reiki session today. I got to connect a mama to her baby and I'll say that baby was the cutest sweetest energy to experience.

And that's what it's all about--alignment.

Losing people from our lives can feel hard and devastating, but its often the universes way of saying, "hey, that's not for you right now (or ever). This is necessary for your growth."

Speak and live in your truth! Don't try to be someone just to get others to like and accept you. Will it hurt when they leave, probably, but was being fake and not genuine to yourself painless? Probably not.

Developing your intuition is something you have to work on consistently and then to be able to decipher if its your intuition or anxiety is another level of skill.

Having your energy in alignment can be beneficial to helping your body be able to recognize the difference between intuition and anxiety.

Reiki can be so helpful in so many realms of your life.

During these sessions you’ll get your same reiki energy work done and afterwards we’ll sit down and do a reading (or vice versa) on the topic of your choosing!

These sessions are roughly about 2 hours. And bundling reiki and a reading offers a discount on the price of the two!

Can you do reiki during pregnancy?

Yes! And I absolutely recommend it for every pregnancy! It can help with SO many things you might be going through!

I believe rei is “universal,” but your practitioner and you can make it what you want.
