Hello Family,

Unfortunately we will not gather for Memorial Day weekend 2020 this year due to the covid. This is the first time that we have cancelled, and are sad that we will miss gathering with you. We are healthy here on the farm, and are keeping our elders safe. We will be sweating Saturday night and praying for peace and unity!

Hello A Place of the Heart community,

We hope this finds everyone happy and healthy. We here on the farm are taking our final respite between seasons. Let me explain. After 17 years of our journey, Adrienne has the desire to shift directions a bit. Kyle will continue the 2020 season in a different manner. We will drop the CSA until the fall of 2020. The gardens will be planted and we will attend 25 markets during the spring/summer. Adrienne will pioneer the fall/winter gardens, and run the CSA at this time. We have just put up our brand new 96×30 ft greenhouse! The majority of our fall/winter will be grown here. It will be a learning curve...
This is where you come in. We need a dedicated crew to help Kyle and L run this farm. Adrienne has the need to pursue a different direction, and we're looking for two dedicated and motivated individuals to help us manifest this season. We offer a complete vegetable production operation as the classroom. In addition all your food (vegetarian organic diet), laundry, living space, basic toiletries, etc will be provided. In addition a stipend will be awarded at the end of the season. Shorter stay volunteer help is also welcomed. The season begins March 1st and continues thru October.

Weather permitting, we will be having a sweat lodge ceremony this Saturday night the 19th. Also at the Memorial Day Weekend Gathering the following Saturday night.
