We have great news! Castle Lake Ranch VFD was awarded a community grant from

**Please join us Tuesday, November 18th for a potluck at 6:30pm followed by the CLRVFD monthly meeting at 7:30pm.** *Bring a dish to share.*
Find out how we are raising funds to keep our all-volunteer fire department running and how we are working hard to train our firefighters to be the best they can be. Come by to show your support for the volunteers in your community, you never know when you will need their help.

Today we want to acknowledge the remarkable men and women who have served our nation. Many veterans continue to serve through fire and emergency services by protecting their neighbors with the same dedication and service they exhibited while in uniform. To all who have served, and continue to serve, we salute you and want to say thank you for your service.

WE NEED YOUR HELP TODAY! Due to the elevated fire danger resulting from our high winds and low humidity we currently have personnel and trucks on standby in case a fire breaks out. Whether it be ci******es thrown out a vehicle window, dragging trailer safety chains down the highway, that household trash burn barrel you lit yesterday, parking in tall grass, or that campfire that's been burning all night at your deer lease, if we all work together and take just a few extra precautions today we can prevent a tragedy. WILL YOU HELP US TODAY?

Tomorrow is the big day!!

Come try your aim to win a turkey, shop an array of great vendors, place your bids at the silent auction, enter to win some cool prizes in our raffles and enjoy a day full of fun! We look forward to seeing you all there tomorrow, 9am to 3pm.

Important Update:
Due to an unexpected family emergency, the Whiskey and Brisket food truck will not be available. Instead, we will be offering delicious grilled dogs, chili dogs and frito pies for sale.

Just 2 days to go until our Annual Turkey Shoot happening this Saturday, November 1st from 9am to 3pm!

We want to take a moment to sincerely thank all of the sponsors, donors, and volunteers who've stepped up to support this year's event. Your contributions - whether financial, material or time - help us serve our community and keep this tradition alive.
