The goat in me honors the goat in you! Our Goat Yoga class offers the many therapeutic benefits of yoga and animals in a feel good, fun, yoga class... with adorable miniature goats. It allows guests to step outside of their everyday routine and remind them to not take life so seriously. We strive to keep our class sizes small (and our goats even smaller!) so each participant engages with and sees how the goats can help you connect with nature and how a soft touch from goat, is just the extra push you need in your practice.
