Located in Central Bucks! This training program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs. After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared

to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on those challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level. What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its holistic approach to training. TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 12 guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the TFW system. Its simple really
When you eat too much you gain weight
You eat TOO little then your body's systems can't function

When you balance your macros out you are able to determine if you're going to fit into that bathing suit or pair of favorite jeans

The more veggies/Fruits/vitamins/minerals you get then the better your body is going to feel when you participate in activities

This is the easiest way to understand how food = fuel

Grab your morning coffee for not only a milestone, but this month's Warrior of the Month!

She's BACK!

”I MADE IT TO THE EFFING TOP!” - That’s What She said ! In a text message to me

Down 30lbs, but up the highest peak in Vermont…Mount Mansfield stands at an elevation of 4,393 feet (1,339 meters). Michele may have come in as "Colleens” friend, but now it is definitely the other way around haha!

A staple at 5pm, if you see her walk in with her head down its not because she is making a tiktok or sending a tweet its because she is going through her notes from her last lifting experience and getting ready to lock it in!

Armed with a positive attitude and a pretty sweet huffy (not sure what kind of bike she has) she has been pedaling her way every week for the last several weeks to raise money by logging miles trying to accumulate up to 54 total throughout the month.

Do not EVER forget that the journey to the goal is JUST AS IMPORTANT as the destination. Whatever the challenge may be the view from the top is SO much more enjoyable knowing that all of the frustrations and heartaches were worth it.

Just goes to show you that a mile here and there will get you closer to the top, especially when it’s Mount Mansfield Vermont !

The journey is the toughest part, but the view from the top is so much more enjoyable 🤘
