Confession time 🙋♀️
I recently started using vaginal estrogen myself……and I stopped waking up at 2–3 am to p*e. 🙌
Which also means uninterrupted sleep — and that alone is huge for energy, mood, and overall health.
Which honestly feels like winning the lottery at this age 😅
If the image below makes you think “dried-out vs hydrated”… that’s exactly what happens to vaginal and urinary tissue as estrogen declines in perimenopause and menopause.
Without estrogen, tissue becomes thinner, drier, and less elastic.
Local vaginal estrogen helps restore hydration, elasticity, and tissue health.
And the part many women don’t realize:
👉 It works locally in the tissue
👉 It’s NOT the same as systemic hormone therapy
👉 It’s low-dose and one of the safest treatments in menopause care
If you’re waking at night to p*e, dealing with dryness, irritation, or recurrent UTIs — this is often the missing piece.
Also… yes, we’re talking about vaginal tissue on Facebook today 😅
Because poor sleep and bladder symptoms are not exactly living your best life.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and it’s treatable 💙
Questions are always welcome.
