Everyone wants a therapist who listens, is relatable, real & committed to their healing process. I’m Larriesa Smith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Clinical Director and Founder of Open Arms Therapy Services (OATS) LLC. I’ve been in the Mental Health field for a little under ten years and I strive to meet each person where they are while working alongside them to make realistic goals of the change they want to see in their lives. I’m very passionate about helping others, especially women and adolescent girls and take strong pride in being a therapist people have “always searched for”. My clients have described my sessions as non-judgmental, empathetic, a safe space, engaging, consistent, fun and the list goes on. I offer telehealth services for adult women, young adult women, adolescent girls and blended families. I help my clients to problem solve, change unhealthy patterns, create possible solutions, create healthy boundaries, address anxious thoughts, depressive symptoms, relationship conflict, high school/ self esteem issues, college stress, work and life stress, past trauma and more. I specialize in CBT, Logotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Therapy and other modalities.
