The Student National Medical Association (SNMA) chapter at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS) is committed to our parent organization’s goal of promoting diversity in the medical field.Thru our programs we seek to improve awareness of the healthcare needs of both underserved populations and communities of color throughout NJ. In order to assist in shaping culturally competent physicians, SNMA-RWJMS introduces medical students to African-American and Latino cultures.

Kicking off this new academic year with a fundraiser!

RWJMS SNMA is raising funds to support student attendance at the SNMA Annual Medical Education Conference (AMEC) being held in St. Louis, MO from April 16-20, 2025. We want such opportunities to be accessible to our members and it is our hope that easing the financial burden will help with this. We’ve partnered with to sell pins from July 29th to August 11th . If you are a pin enthusiast and are interested in purchasing pins, please fill out the form linked in our bio! 🥰

Before we begin introductions to our new 2023 SNMA Eboard, we'd like to express some gratitude to the 2022 Eboard members transitioning out of their roles! We had some exciting events this year including an Accepted Students Day Brunch, a Black Panther Movie Screening, and so much more.

Thank you all for your support in this transition. We look forward to continuing your wonderful efforts and growing our SNMA chapter at RWJMS!
