Responsibilities:
Provide In-home care services in patients residences
Perform domestic and household tasks including light housekeeping
Transport and accompany patients to doctors' appointments, run errands and grocery shopping
Provide friendly reminders for prescribed medications
Assist with clients personal and daily living activities
Monitor and report any changes to client's behavior or condition
Maintain patients care records and document provided services
Assist patients with mobility and exercising such as taking walks
Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills:
Proven working experience as home health aide (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene activities
Able to take initiative and practice critical thinking
Proficiency in English
Caring and compassionate personality
Current CPR certificate (preferred but not required)
First Aid training (preferred but not required)
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Current car insurance
Be able to pass a background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour

In-home care. Multiple locations such as Paso Robles, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Avila, Pismo Beach, Grover Beach, Five Cities, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo and Santa Maria.
