• cup pumpkin purée
• cup almond milk, unsweetened

Focus on including protein, healthy fats, and fiber at each meal.

3. Move Your Body Gently 🚶‍♀️

Try going on a daily walk, practicing yoga, or low-impact strength training to reduce stress and boost serotonin.
