We've been studying holistic wellness and aromatherapy for several years. I truly believe what we eat, put on and into our bodies and use in our homes has tremendous impact on our physical, mental and emotional health. I went from suffering for years with Pain and inflammation throughout my entire body which made it hard to even get out of bed or walk to thriving! I now live a very full and adventerous life. My adult children now rely on natural remedies to boost their immunity and stay active year round. I use oils to help boost my metabolism, support my blood sugar, immune system and much more.. I really can not imagine living my life without the help from Mother Nature. I discovered that health and wellness go beyond what you eat and how you support your internal body systems, though. It’s also about relationships - the most important relationship being with yourself. The Natural ToolBox is a network of friends, family, & holistic practitioners who gather, share, and form lifelong bonds. we pilot webinars, local meetups and worldly retreats. In addition, we offer 1:1 coaching sessions. Together we can discover what best supports your lifestyle and customize the tools that are right for your very own Natural toolBox..
